Terms And Conditions

JETSKY REGULATIONS REQUIREMENTS/RULES

  • All renters must be 18 years or older.
  • Parents or guardians must sign for all passengers under 18 years of age.
  • Passengers must be at least 6 years old to ride.
  • Rentals are inspected before and after rental period.
  • Renter(s) is/are responsible for all or any damage, repair and labor costs.
  • All renters and passengers must sign a rental agreement, release of liability waiver.
  • BJM Rentals LLC reserving the right to deny rentals to persons not qualified or experienced enough for certain rentals.
  • All renters must have valid photo ID.
  • No splashing or reckless driving will be permitted.
  • Reservation deposit non refundable unless cancelled 48 hour prior, or if weather does not permit watersport activities.
  • All drivers born after January 1, 1988 must take and pass a 25 question Florida temporary boater test. Test is $9.99

REGULATIONS

  • ALL RESERVATIONS: Depart per scheduled time. Any late arrivals or no shows  will  NOT be refunded.  If you wish to re-schedule or cancel your reservation, you must call  in advance (Hour notice stated below). If not done within  that time frame you will lose your reservation deposit (NO REFUNDS) and the possibility of re-scheduling for another date.
  • JET SKI RENTALS: MUST BE 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE.
  • YACHT & BOAT RENTALS:  Reservation Deposits are Non-Refundable- No cancellations. THIS IS APPLICABLE TO OUR “FUN IN THE SUN PACKAGE” AS WELL.
  • SAME DAY = FINAL SALE
  • If you are making a reservation for the same day, or out of our policy stated above, client accepts there are NO REFUNDS, NO CANCELLATIONS, NO RE-SCHEDULING.
  • Weather Conditions: We will give a CALL-TEXT or e-mail to all our customers, providing a rescheduling opportunity. A full refund can be issued if you can’t make it for another date.
  • In the case that it is a small passing shower, we wait a few minutes (usually around 15 min) and go out once it stops raining. Please take into account that we will make this decision based on weather in OUR AREA. If it is raining someplace else or the weather is just cloudy, it doesn’t mean that you can cancel your ride. In this case, you will lose your reservation deposit and our regular cancellation policy stated above applies to the reservation.

REGULATIONS

  • Per Federal US Coast Guard regulations, maximum 13 passengers allowed.
  • Yacht has a fridge, kitchen and bathroom on board.
  • Yacht has a great sound system. You may connect your cell phone via Bluetooth to play your own music.
  • We love animals and would feel terrible if they get seasick, so as a general rule no pets allowed. (some yachts are ok, please ask which ones)
  • All vessels come with life jackets, emergency and first aid kits. If you have known allergies or medical requirements, please bring spare medication in the event of an emergency.
  • Pick up time is up to you; your day begins at the time stated in the signed Charter Agreement.
  • You can bring your own alcohol and food without any problem
  • Children are allowed on board and are counted as a passenger
  • 7% tax and 15-18% gratuity will be automatically added to your total.
  • Payment is due 10 days before your charter date
  • For charters over $5k a wire transfer is required
